Responsibilities

Office Administration:
Manage daily office tasks, including meeting scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements, phone screening, expense processing, mail handling, copying, shipping, correspondence, and file maintenance.
Presentation Support:
Prepare and format presentations for internal and external audiences using PowerPoint, Excel, and graphic tools.
Coordinate with on-site copy center and facilities to ensure high-quality materials are delivered on time, even under tight deadlines.
Executive Support:
Handle confidential documents and oversee items requiring executive signatures.
Coordinate executive schedules and meetings with internal assistants and external partners.
Meeting & Event Preparation:
Prepare agendas, handouts, catering, and logistics for meetings.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage office supply stock; oversee ordering process.
Ad-hoc Projects:
Support special assignments and cross-functional initiatives as required.


Skills & Competencies

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.


Education & Experience

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
2–6 years of experience in administrative, executive assistant, or workplace coordination roles.
