Responsibilities

Software Development

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and Libraries/Frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET, JavaScript, React JS, Java, Rest API, C ) aligned with project needs.
Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design.
Build, deploy, and monitor applications using CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Optimize application performance and resolve technical issues proactively.

Mentorship and Collaboration

Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and knowledge sharing.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives within an Agile environment.

Must-Have

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
3-5+ years of software development experience
Experience in one or more backend frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET ) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
Experience with relational databases (e.g. MS SQL, PostgreSQL, ).
Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in identifying technical improvements.

Good-to-Have

Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with security best practices and OWASP guidelines.
Experience working in high-availability, distributed environments.
