Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and recruitment databases.
Provide market insights and talent recommendations to clients.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business targets and growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in agency or consulting roles.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and job boards.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with Singapore/SEA talent market is preferred.
