Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Participate in enhancing CorpStage's employer branding initiatives.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities aligned with CorpStage's values.
Support onboarding, training, and development initiatives for new hires.
Collaborate on HR policies, performance management, and process improvements.
Analyze employee feedback to propose actionable improvements.
Work on HR projects that promote a positive and sustainable workplace culture.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Humam Resources or a related field.
Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices.
Experience in HR management and Personnel management.
Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
Understanding of employee benefits administration.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
