Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online databases, social media platforms, and industry events.
Build and maintain a database of high-quality leads, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with the company’s target audience.
Collaborate with sales teams to prioritize leads for follow-up.
Conduct outreach campaigns using email, phone calls, and social media to engage prospects.
Develop personalized communication strategies to capture the interest of potential clients.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business goals.
Share insights and feedback from lead generation efforts to improve marketing campaigns and sales pitches.
Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and track conversion rates.
Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation performance and trends.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in lead generation.
Experiment with new techniques and tools to enhance the lead generation process.

Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools (e.g., email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Fluent in English is a must
