Main Responsibilities:
Admin Tasks: Handle emails, schedule meetings, and organize travel plans.
Customer Service: Answer customer questions through email, social media, and phone.
Data Entry: Keep records organized and up-to-date.
Content Help: Assist in creating and editing content for online platforms.
Basic Bookkeeping: Manage invoices and track expenses.
Online Research: Find information online as needed.
Social Media: Update social media accounts and engage with followers.
Event Support: Help plan and organize online and offline events.
Technical Help: Basic troubleshooting for software or hardware issues.
Project Assistance: Help with planning and tracking various projects.
Marketing Support: Assist with marketing tasks and track results.
Skills Needed:
Experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Good communication skills in English.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
Organized and good at multitasking.
Able to work independently.
Have a reliable internet connection.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of CRM systems.
Basic graphic design skills.
Understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
Experience with WordPress.
Ability to speak multiple languages.
