Deliverables:

- Fully responsive website for vacation rental listings and direct bookings
- Integrated booking system with payment processing (Stripe, PayPal, Vipps, or similar)
- Calendar synchronization with Airbnb and Booking (iCal or channel manager)
- Multilingual support (Spanish and English minimum)
- Admin panel for easy property management (add, edit, delete)
- Basic SEO optimization for search engines
- Automated booking confirmation email system
- Delivery of the completed website within one week


Requirements:

- Proven experience in web design and development, preferably for hospitality or rental businesses
- Proficiency with booking system integration and payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Vipps)
- Experience with calendar synchronization tools (iCal, channel managers)
- Strong skills in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
- Ability to implement multilingual functionality
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Experience creating user-friendly admin panels for non-technical users
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver within tight deadlines
- Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Availability to start immediately and complete the project within one week
